Once you select Casamar as your wedding planner, we prepare a multi-day itinerary with visits to hand-selected venues and scheduled meetings with providers, chefs, cake makers, etc., s0 you down the various experiences that will comprise your event and review design and styling details. This is the perfect time tol scout out nightlife spots and restaurants you think your guests will enjoy, as well as do some stress-free exploration of your own before your wedding visit. All this with the guidance of your own knowledgeable, multilingual wedding planner.
Planning That Feels Like a Vacation
During your initial trip, we will organize interviews and meetings with prospective vendors, scout pre-selected venues that conform to your event vision and needs, address styling and design details, sit down to menu tastings with potential chefs, and ultimately make selections. The objective is to make your planning visits informative, efficient, stress-free, and productive. Casamar can coordinate your stay, including transportation. In fact, this experience is absolutely customizable, and can include the following, without limitation:- Retrieval from airport upon arrival
- Escort to hotel and assist with check-in, if desired
- A tour through the Old Town to familiarize and orient
- Thorough and efficient daily agendas with prospective vendors, venues, chefs, etc.
- Scheduling an engagement photoshoot (for shots you can use for save-the-dates, your wedding website, and more, that will get all your guests excited about the destination) and that you will keep as memories forever).
- Transportation to/from hotel and all appointments.
- Final meeting before departure at Casamar office to recap, discuss next steps, and set timelines.
